So with just a few clicks you are ready to create notes on your meetings that you can easily share – no printing or emailing required. Once you have had a chance to tidy them up, you can use OneNote’s features to easily copy them into a notebook you share with your team, or email them using the Email Page option under the Send menu. Choose one that is not shared, so you can create your notes by yourself. You will then be given a list of all your open OneNote notebooks.
